Welcome to our iZi Connect application. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from accessing or using the Application.

Application Usage:

a. The Application allows users to manage and activate iZi Connect profiles on compatible devices.
b.You understand and agree that the use of the Application is at your own risk, and the Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
c.We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice.

Account Registration:

a.In order to use the Application, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
b.You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
c.You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

iZi Connect Activation:

a.The Application allows you to activate iZi Connect profiles provided by participating mobile network operators.
b.You understand and agree that the activation process may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the respective mobile network operators.
c.We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or compatibility of iZi Connect profiles offered by mobile network operators.

Intellectual Property:

a.The Application and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property rights.
b.You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Application without our prior written consent.

Privacy and Data Collection:

a.We may collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to such collection and processing.
b.You understand that the transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your data during transmission.

Limitation of Liability:

a.To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Application.
b.We do not warrant the Application being error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
